HKSSF Inter School Fencing Competition in Hong Kong
HKSSF fencing competition refers to the Inter-School Fencing Competition (校際劍擊比賽) organised by the Hong Kong Schools Sports Federation (HKSSF, 中國香港學界體育聯會 / The Schools Sports Federation of Hong Kong, China). It is supported by the Fencing Association of Hong Kong, China (中國香港劍擊總會).
What it is
HKSSF runs inter-school sports competitions across Hong Kong. Fencing is one of the sports offered for both primary and secondary schools.
Organisation structure
-
Primary schools: Organised as a single All Hong Kong Inter-Primary Schools Fencing Competition (全港小學校際劍擊比賽). This covers primary schools from Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories together.
→ Official page: All HK Inter-Primary Schools Fencing
-
Secondary schools: Organised separately by regional committees (not one territory-wide event):
-
Hong Kong Island & Kowloon — Hong Kong Island & Kowloon Secondary Schools Regional Committee (HKSSRC / 港九中學)
→ Official fencing page: HKSSRC Inter-School Fencing -
New Territories — New Territories Secondary Schools (新界中學)

ISSFHK Fencing Championship - inter-school competition for international schools only
In addition to the HKSSF events above, there is a separate inter-school fencing competition organised exclusively for international schools in Hong Kong by the International Schools Sports Federation of Hong Kong (ISSFHK). It is typically run in U14 and U20 age groups and is the main school fencing championship for international schools.
