Fencing Camp in Tokyo 2024

✅Dates : Aug 1- 4 daily from 930-4pm (team competition on Day 4)

✅*Fee : $8300 (includes lunch and training x 4 days)

Japan Olympian coach (subject to his schedule, only available one day) - $800

Private lesson time slot will be assigned based on coach availability

Flight and hotel:

as everyone's length of stay will be different, we will suggest to book the hotel by yourself

Coach team will be flying on Jul 31 afternoon and leaving on Aug 6 afternoon.

We kindly request that you refrain from booking any air tickets or making travel arrangements until you receive confirmation from us that we have reached the minimum number of participants required to proceed with the event. This precautionary measure will help avoid any inconveniences or potential conflicts in case the event cannot proceed due to an insufficient number of participants.

DEADLINE

Apr 20:  to guarantee your participation and secure your seat.

CONFIRMATION :  Apr 20, 2024. Upon receiving your payment, we will confirm your registration and inform you of our final decision to proceed with the event based on the total number of participants. Please note that your seat will be secured as long as we have sufficient participants to proceed.

Cancellation Policy:

If the withdrawal of participants results in the minimum number of camp attendees not being met, no refund will be provided. However, if the total number of students still exceeds the minimum requirement, the following refund policy will apply:

1. 20% of the administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

2. The actual costs incurred, including the booking of activities and dinner, will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that this policy is applicable only when the total number of students is greater than the minimum requirement. If the minimum number of students is not affected by the withdrawal, the standard cancellation policy may apply.
