🚨IMPORTANT NOTE🚨

• Please arrive only at the reporting time speified
• only ONE parent/guardian is allowed to enter the venue. If you arrive with more than one person, you will not be granted entry.
• IMPORTANT: Please note that due to venue restrictions, the parent/guardian may be required to leave the premises after the check-in process if we observe an overcrowded situation.
• LATE PARTICIPANTS/NOSHOW or participants without full uniform at competition start time will be disqualified without refund
• Enrollment fee - before May 27:$650;  After May 27: $700

Terms & Conditions

1)     All fencers are responsible to ensure they have the right set of gear as required for their category. There will be NO lending of equipment, and fencers will be disqualified if they don’t have the proper gear / the gear is not functioning properly.

2)     Fencers must check in at the registration desk at the designated reporting time to participate in the competition. Fencers will be disqualified and will NOT be allowed to join the competition if they arrive late.

3)     There is NO appeal in this competition, and the results are subject to the decision of the referee.

4)     Each event includes a Gold medal, a Silver medal and two Bronze medals.

5)     Parents / Guardians will be asked to stay in the designated area. A yellow card will be given to the fencer if his / her family members enter the competition area.

6)     Referees have the right to stop the competition and give yellow/ red/ black cards to any individuals who cause disruption (keep quiet throughout the competition).

7)      Fencing Master has the right to disqualify any fencers and ask the parents/ guardians to leave if they violate the rules and regulations.

8)      NO reimbursement will be offered when one is disqualified.

9)   There will be NO REFUND for any circumstances including sick leave.
