女子花劍團體，中國香港以梁殷僑（Leung Yan Kiu Zareena）、黃純一（Wong Shun Yat）、梁雅蕾（Leung Ya Lei Janelle）、黃諾頤（Lorraine Wong）出戰，半決賽以45–43險勝哈薩克，決賽以45–29擊敗中華台北，奪得金牌並衛冕。15歲梁殷僑完成個人與團體雙料冠軍；梁雅蕾與黃諾頤亦被報導為連續兩屆團體冠軍成員。同週稍早，同一批四名港將已包辦女花個人賽前四名（本文不重述個人賽分數）。

On 31 October 2026, the Asian Under-23 Fencing Championships in Manama, Bahrain, opened the team schedule, including women’s foil team.
In women’s foil team, Hong Kong fielded Leung Yan Kiu Zareena, Wong Shun Yat, Leung Ya Lei Janelle and Lorraine Wong. They beat Kazakhstan 45–43 in the semi-final and Chinese Taipei 45–29 in the final to take gold and defend the title. Fifteen-year-old Leung completes an individual-plus-team double; Leung Ya Lei and Lorraine Wong are also noted in press as back-to-back team champions. Earlier in the week the same four had swept the individual women’s foil podium (scores not rehashed here).
